The CPR/AED course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage a choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrive.
Students learn skills such as performing chest compression, assisting the choking individual, and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The Basic First Aide course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an injury or illness in the first few minutes until Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrive.

Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call to action. Stop the Bleed is designed to foster grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to assist in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
No matter how rapid the arrival of professional emergency responders, bystanders will always be first on the scene. A person who is bleeding can die from blood loss within five minutes; therefore, it is important to stop the blood loss quickly. Those near someone with life-threatening injuries are best positioned to provide first care.
Lunch and Learns are 30-45 minute presentations that are presented over lunch. Training sessions are specifically designed for each client. Sessions are often held in the cafeteria, an auditorium, a conference room, an office lounge, or even at a nearby restaurant with ample seating.
